We Exist to Serve,
Empower, and Transform

Since June 2022, Mercy Court has been responding to the needs of the Baltimore community with compassion, consistency, and purpose. What began as a simple desire to extend God's love through service has grown into a thriving network of programs that address hunger, support families, and strengthen our neighborhood.

We exist to respond to community needs and create lasting change by fostering collaboration, equity, and empowerment. Guided by compassion and accountability, we work to ensure every effort not only meets immediate needs but also builds pathways toward long-term well-being and resilience.

We address physical and emotional needs, strengthen community bonds, and spread the gospel through outreach.

Food Pantry and Distribution

We store and distribute groceries to families in need every week. Our Food Pantry serves the Govans community and surrounding neighborhoods, providing dignified access to fresh and non-perishable food items. Open every Thursday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Welfare Support

We provide practical assistance to individuals and families navigating difficult seasons — connecting people to resources, offering emotional support, and walking alongside those who need a helping hand.

Elderly Care Support

We are committed to honoring and supporting the elderly in our community. Through visits, provisions, and ongoing care, we ensure our seniors feel seen, valued, and supported.

Free Groceries. Every Thursday. No Questions Asked.

Our Food Pantry is open every Thursday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 529 Walker Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21212.

No appointment needed. No questions asked. Just come as you are — and we will take care of the rest.

Since launching in June 2022, we have distributed over 8,500 pounds of groceries to families across the Govans community. We believe that nobody in our neighborhood should go to bed hungry.
